2 This property is a fantastic location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! However, it can be in serious need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Preceding reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it's still not working. So the house bought lots of sand in it.
The house layout is nice. Absolutely needs some paint, fixing up in a couple of places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no issues about the assets. We liked the price of this house and didn’t anticipate a whole whole lot.

They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, plus the location was awesome, but it surely's just within the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much on the home furnishings, etcetera.
